Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of Groundskeeper™ (the “Service”) provided by Hayden-Fisher Technologies Inc.. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP, and to ensure your organization’s members do as well.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Upload or distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
  • Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, including other tenants’ data, or attempt to bypass authentication or tenant isolation.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written authorization, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications through messaging or notification features.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organization.

2. Data & Privacy Responsibilities

You are responsible for having the rights and any required consents to upload content, including photos, video, location data, and records that may contain personal information about tenants, employees, or vendors. Use location, time, and mileage features only for legitimate, disclosed business purposes.

3. Resource & Quota Limits

Do not abuse Service resources. This includes excessive automated requests, attempts to circumvent plan limits or AI request quotas, or use that degrades performance or availability for others.

4. Automated Access & Integrations

Programmatic access must respect rate limits and authentication requirements. Do not scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or its data except as expressly permitted.

5. AI Features

Do not use AI features to generate unlawful content, to attempt to extract another tenant’s data, or in any way that violates your AI provider’s terms.

6. Reporting Abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, contact support@groundskeeper.app.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Service and its users.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
